The shipper's price, out in the open.

We show the carrier what the shipper pays and take one small fee out of it, on the load, before anyone signs. The rest is the driver's.

For shippers

Book a vetted carrier at one clear price.

  1. 1

    Tell us the load

Pickup and delivery docks, dates, weight and equipment. We quote one price, and the carrier sees that same price.

  2. 2

    We book a vetted carrier

Only carriers that passed our checks see the load. The carrier signs a rate confirmation in the app before it is booked.

  3. 3

    One invoice, the same numbers

Your invoice carries the quoted price and any agreed accessorials, nothing else.

For carriers

See the load, the pay and the fee. Book in one tap.

  1. 1

    Sign up with your USDOT

Add your insurance certificates and W-9 and accept the broker–carrier agreement, all from your phone.

  2. 2

    Get approved

We check your authority with FMCSA and call the phone number FMCSA has on file for you, then approve.

  3. 3

    Book and see every dollar

Pick a load from the board and sign the rate confirmation. You see what the shipper pays, our fee and what you get.

Pricing

Every number on the table.

The shipper pays the quoted price. Our fee comes out of that price and the carrier gets everything else. The carrier sees all three numbers before booking.

  • One small fee, in writing

A share of the load, never a spread nobody can see.

  • Signed means settled

The numbers on your signed rate confirmation do not change afterwards.

  • No fee on the extras

Detention, layover and lumper reach you without a cut from us.

Carrier vetting

Every carrier is checked before it sees a load.

  • Authority and safety status

Operating authority, out-of-service status and authority age, checked with FMCSA.

  • A call to the number FMCSA has

Not the number typed at signup. This is what stops identity theft.

  • Insurance verified

Auto liability and cargo, with the certificate on file and the expiry date watched.

  • W-9 and agreement

A signed W-9 and the broker–carrier agreement before the first booking.

  • Signed rate confirmation

Every app booking is e-signed, with the time, the signer and the exact terms kept.

  • One company per USDOT

A USDOT can only be approved for one company, so a look-alike cannot take over a real carrier.

Questions

What people ask us first.

Who is the broker on my loads?

ClearHaul Logistics is the licensed freight broker. We contract with the shipper and with the carrier, invoice the shipper and pay the carrier or its factoring company.

Why show the fee?

Because the driver hauling the load should know what it pays. Our fee is printed on the rate confirmation, so the carrier sees what the shipper pays and exactly what we keep.

Who pays the fee?

The carrier: it comes out of the shipper's price before the carrier is paid. The shipper pays the quoted price and nothing on top, and the rate confirmation shows all three numbers.

Where do you operate?

Full truckload freight picking up in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin.

How do carriers get paid?

On the payment terms printed on each rate confirmation, to the carrier or to its factoring company.
